In the Editor it works, the Watch refuses to update (Kustom Action > Force Weather Update) does not change the values.
It used to work previously. (I think KWCH updated recently, the ‘send data’-update).

Kustom Action > Force Weather Update sometimes doesn’t work for me either. However, if I synchronize the watchface with the watch again, it usually works again.
What also often doesn’t work for me is the automatic update of the weather data. I have set the update in KWCH to an interval of 30 minutes. But sometimes it doesn’t update for 2-3 hours.

Same here with automatic updates, last update 2days ago.on mine with 30min updates
I have a suspicion to what it might be connected to. What did you specify as the main location? If I select “Automatic (GPS)” for the main location, it doesn’t work at all.
If I enter a fixed location, it doesn’t work 100% reliably, but it works better. For me it also helpt to re-enter the location manually. Today the weather was always updated every 30 minutes.
I have it off of Automatic, It’s on my neighboring town as I work there.

I found a way to have functional updates go through:
Enable WiFi with internet access.
This is problematic as my watch disables WiFi while phone is connected through Bluetooth (unless “An app requires Wi-Fi”)
I can also force WiFi by long pressing the WiFi quick setting… and allowing it to connect (and then going to the homescreen and clicking my ‘update weather manually’ text)
