Here is a Watchface inspired by the radar used to find the dragon balls.
The blinking yellow spots are the hour and the minutes. The closest to the center is the hour and the other, the minutes.
The radar itself are the seconds.
On the lowest part we have the day of the month and on the left the current temperature.
