Wallpaper scrolling doesn't work after restarting phone

Hi everyone!

I had an updates from Android to install. So I had to restarting my phone. But now, wallpaper scrolling doesn't work. I tried to re install KWLP and restarting again my phone (Huawei matte 10 lite). In fact, the picture is locked on the first page of my wallpaper, and some elements are missing.

I use NOVA launcher. Before, it worked well. When I use a simple picture as a wallpaper, it works.

Please I really need of an answer.

I recommend you to go to the Kustom Official page in G+, I remember Huawei users with this problem and they have a workaround to it.👍
