Currently animated image feature can only be used in the main root folder in klwp it would be nice if we can add it to the komponent folder and use it in sub folders as well 
I think you can do this, not 100% sure.
so technically for .kwgt files you can rename it to .komp file and it works so it could work in klwp but not sure if anyone actually tried. try to keep only that gif in root of wallpaper then export it to file → rename file then go back to klwp to area where you want to add komponent and try to load it as komponent to see if it works.
Can’t seem to make this work. Probably only possible in KWGT.
