Unable to Edit the Widget sometimes

Hi there,

I’m new here.

My issue is I could not edit the widget at times. It takes a day or two to get it resolved automatically. I don’t know what is happening. I’ve attached the screenshot for your reference. When I try to edit I get the screenshot which I have attached.

Please help.

Looks like a normal page. Are you unable to add more elements or tap on the existing text elements?
