Greetings everyone,
Does anyone knows how to open the Gmail app on a specific Google Account?
I tried several Gmail Activities from the list but none of them work as expected. I haven’t tried searching in Automate, just curious if it can be done purely in Kustom preset.

I think for that you need to have Tasker, and it wouldn’t be so easy because by default gmail opens either the last account you logged into or the one you are currently logged in to.
Also, google regularly changes code and protocols that screw up any workarounds you might have going on. Honestly, I wouldn’t bother, but otherwise, try Tasker.
On a sidenote. I think KWGT and Tasker should be married.

Yeah, I thought so that it would not be easy to open the Gmail app on a specific/selected Google Account. I don’t use Tasker, I use Automate instead.
Well, I think I just stick to what I use to use… just open the Gmail app.

I used Automate to for a while and although it’s nice, Tasker is at a whole other level. I haven’t come across anything on my phone I couldn’t solve with Tasker. It takes a bit of effort to get learn it, but they have an amazing community and the Developer João Dias is always ready to help. Integration with KWGT is also flawless.
If your problem can be solved, Tasker will do it.
