It’s an old theme. Android 14+ blocks installing old apps (APKs) for security reasons because the dev hasn’t updated it in years.

Try to find the dev (21MaRcO12 / Nativa design) or

look for the theme on other trusted resources or alternative stores where it might be available.

Thanks for that. Some reason I thought there was a way to bypass it even though it was an older theme based on older SDK.
