Subfolders in font picker

I have so THOUSANDS and THOUSANDS of fonts to scroll through ONE BY ONE when lookinf for the right font and it just hit me tonight…
What if we were able to put folders inside the font folder as our own categories??
Example:
KUSTOM (home folder)
-FONT
– PIXEL
– OUTLINE
– BOLD
– SCRIPT
– FONTBAT
– DINGBAT

I hope im explaining it right and someone else understanda what im trying to suggest!!

Hi there,

I am not sure if that is good in terms of phone’s performance as well as Kustom app’s performance, but I personally don’t want to put a huge number of font files into the fonts folder under my Kustom installation folder.

I prefer to put only the font files that I frequently work with. This is just my preference. I also limit the active fonts in my phone.

:folded_hands:

By the way, you can always search for the font you want to use (in any Kustom apps). There’s a search feature when selecting a font.

I understand that idea but i tend to go back and forth between so many dufferent projects at the same time that changing which fonts go in the “active” folder depending on the project is just not something that would work for me. Ive tried it.

There is no way i remember the name of the font i am looking for when i have so many
