I’ve had KWGT installed on every device I’ve had for years, but I burned my original Google account and got a new one. I’ve had KWGT installed on my Mate 20 Pro since I set the new account up, and I’ve just installed it on my Pixel 7 which I’ve just flashed back to stock, but I had to pay for the unlock app a second time, both phones are using the same Google account, should this have happened, or can I get a refund, if so how would I go about contacting the Devs?
The KWGT license is linked to the Google account used at the time of purchase. If you’re now using a different account, I recommend reaching out to [email protected] to ask if they can transfer the license to your new one.

Hey mate. My Mate 20 Pro has the new account which is when I had to pay for all my apps again after I burned my old account, so I was surprised when I got charged on my P7 which also has the same account as the Mate20Pro, thanks for the email addy I’ll drop them a quick mail
100% sure you lost everything. Explain to dev and maybe he will give you a code.
I have also had a similar issue. I purchased kwgt through the app as well when trying to use a preloaded widget that was apparently a pro widget. In order to apply it i had tonpay 5.99 so i did pay the amount for pro in july! And i was having an issue where i must have inplicated a notification preset and didnt know how to get rid of it or delete it out of my library. So what i did was unistall the app and now i went back to reinstall the app and it is asking for the 5.99 again. I am using the same playstore account and the same device as well as logging into the same google account on the kwgt app and when i do go to login to my google account its automatically logging me intona different email that is my fiances email. And he laid for his own key before i did. However, since i have his email on my device its just using his as the email to connect my kwgt app to. And we both paid seperatly from our own playstore account’s under our own emails on our own devices!. Hes currently not even in the same country that im in!. How do i login with my email that is connected to my kwgt?

The developer is just by himself so it might take a while, but I’m sure he’ll get back to you.
Check your spam folder. Also, you can always send a followup email just in case your first one was missed.
