Search and replace tab (the one in the 3 dots menu)

I am unable to change a word “this” in a text box into “that” by using the above function. I tried matching regex, matching case, even changing my keyboard (in case my keyboard adds spaces after every word or symbol/punctuation).

I know I could just use the replace function in the formula tex, but I was hoping for the group replace feature would work so that I can change every part of a formula (which include text colors, font size, and a LOT of if statements and loops) with just this simple function. But even just changing a simple word in a text box doesn’t seem to work on my phone.

I’m using a Samsung S22 Ultra, running Android 13, One UI 5.1
Keyboard: Gboard
KWGT Version 3.73 (play store)

The search and replace function on text selection is provided by the system, i cannot change that behaviour. Also i am not sure what you are trying to achieve, do you need to change some text across multiple formulas in your preset?

Yes, a lot of formulas embedded in font colors, text sizes, countdowns, etc.
