I bought the pro version back on sept 14th for 4.99 on my S25U I’ve now got the new S26U and it’s asking me to re purchase that? Do I not have a purchase key or an option to restore a purchase?

As suggested by @MaxP , you could reach out to [email protected] for help.
But before doing so, I would suggest you to check the following things first:
- Make sure you use the same Google Account when logging in to the Google Apps on your new phone, and when installing the app in question
- Make sure you have install the Pro License Key app (if it was purchased separately from the editor app)
For example… I purchased the KLWP Pro License separately from the KLWP editor, so I have them both installed on my phone. And this goes to my KWGT and KLCK as well.
Whenever I switch to a new phone, my Kustom apps and their pro license keys are restored without any issues.
If you have installed the editor and the pro license key properly, and the issue still exist, then it may be caused by something else. Reach out Kustom for help then.
