Replace or delete Yahoo weather provider

The Yahoo weather API hasn’t worked in applications for a long time, so it would be worth removing it. Or replacing it with the weather.com provider.

Yahoo shouldnt be visible in the options, if it is its a bug or you have a very old version, unfortunately weather.com doesnt provide any good free API

I’m actually still seeing the Yahoo provider even on the latest build.

I am using the latest version downloaded from Play (with purchased Pro license).
