Yes, when you export a preset again, the app will suggest the same name. You should be able to change that name to your preferred one. So the steps are:
- Open an empty widget
- Load the preset you want to rename
- Open the side menu and select Export Preset
- Change the Title field
- Select Export
- Open the side menu again and select Load Preset
- Load the preset you just exported
