I installed the pro key from the Google play store on my S8, I opened the KWGT app then I get an error saying the app is corrupted (look at attached files), tells me to reinstall the pro key, I install it again and the same error pops up. Any solutions, or a refund? Please help. Thank you.
This is very strange, did you install it from Amazon or recovered it from a backup? The Pro key must be installed from the Play Store directly. Please try the following:
- Go to Android Settings -> Applications and look for KWGT pro key
- Press "Uninstall" or "Uninstall for all users" whichever you have
- Join KWGT pro beta here https://kustom.rocks/kwgt/pro/beta (press "become a tester")
- Wait 10-15 minutes then install KWGT pro key from the Play Store, you should get version "C" that should work

Hey...I downloaded this app from google play and after I purchased it, it told me I then needed to download the KWGT app for it. So...I did. It then told me I needed to restart my phone. I did...and now I can't even get it to turn on. It just flashes like it's starting up. Home screen pulls up but then it says "Custom binary blocked by FRP lock." About 6 weeks ago my husband supposedly rooted my phone (either w/ Kingroot or TWRP) but I never saw a difference in it's hardware in/capabilities. I never had complete access to this stupid thing. It's possessed by "Bloatware Bixby." (Hence the need for a root.) Anyway...Can you plz direct me on where I need to go to fix this, or to the closest trashcan. I can't get it to do a factory reset or anything. I do have a copy of the backup I made when it was being rooted. My husband tried to download a new driver for it but couldn't get it to do ANYTHING.
I'm having the exact same problem. I've followed the steps above to no avail. S8 active and it originally came from the play store Please help
