I’m not sure you can help, but I’ve tried everything else.
I purchased the pro key for klck on google play (see below). They charged my credit card, but when I try to download it I just get asked to pay again. I’ve chatted with google multiple times. They have refused twice to refund the money so I can try buying again. They have supposedly escalated the problem and told me that I wold hear from them within 24 hours. That was days ago.
Is there any way you can help me get google to allow me to download the key or refund my money so I can try purchasing again?
