Please help me, my Klck phone is loose at the top, exposing the inside. Does anyone know how to fix it?

Welcome to Kustom forum.

In regards to your question it looks like caused by the display setting and/or the launcher setting, which disable a full screen display.

Try to check your phone’s setting and/or the launcher setting.

Other than that, if you created the KLCK preset, you can stretch the height (and the width) of an element to full-height & full-width, using $si(rheight)$ and $si(rwidth)$ .
