No information about steps taken on smartwatch

Hello

I use KWCH for my smartwatch FOSSIL Gen 6.
The dial works well. But my steps and distance are shown in the app, but not on the smartwatch. It always says 0 steps, 0 km.
I don’t think it’s because of Google Fit’s permissions. Because Fossil’s own watch face shows the steps correctly.
Does anyone know where the problem could be?

Syncing fitness data between the phone app and the watch is currently not available. Try using complications to do this instead.
