Mu(rnd) updates every second now within animation layers

It seems like mu(rnd) now updates every second when animation is played creating unsettling judder and movement, not to be confused with tu(rnd) where you can specify that timing.

It never used to be like this a few months ago. It was useful for giving me diversity within duplicated assets by giving random attributes to certain parameters within the animation control.

If this is intended please make a flag for mu(rnd, eg. Freeze) for attritubes that don’t update unless saved.
