I have exported several widgets to my personal folder ron\kustom\widgets. When I go to import one half of them show as a 0b file and won’t import. Checking with file manager they show to be in the 75kb range. Also once I remove some from a page (long press remove) I can not find them either in available space or any where else.

It looks like you had overridden your widgets.
As far as I know, we cannot import an existing widget. It will cause an error and make the widget file 0 byte in size.

Exporting a widget will save the widget file in this folder: /Kustom/widgets

You can import widgets, if you have the paid version of KWGT, but sometimes it fails and it turns the file to 0kb. Backup the files before you try to import and try and remove and re-apply all permissions for KWGT before you import. That fixed it for me most of the time.

Importing any existing widget will make the existing one become zero-byte file.
I hope the developer would add a checking routine, and reject or cancel the import process for the existing widgets.
