KWCH Not working on Galaxy Watch 6 Classic

So I have a Galaxy watch 6 classic (as the title says) and I have side loaded Kwear v0.0.1 (the latest release on the website.) and when I go to apply the watchface, it loads for a solid 25s then kicks me back to my previous watch face. the watch shows up in kwch on my pixel 8, and pairs and syncs correctly, but that’s about the end of the positives. I am running Wear OS 5.0, With android 14, One UI 6 Watch.

KWCH only runs on WearOS 4 (or possibly on a watch that has 4.0 installed out of the box but was updated to 5.0.
