Kustom Launcher (suggestion)

I would like to see if Kustom build its own Launcher app, which incorporate the powers of KLWP, KWGT and KLCK, and also combining the best features of Nova Launcher, Smart Launcher, Octopi Launcher, and other launchers.

Who likes to see if this would be realized? Well, I love it to be realized.

@frank, I think the idea is actually really good. A lot of people have started making launchers, and users really like it. I’m sure it would bring you even more fans and strengthen the whole Kustom ecosystem.

I’d definitely use a Kustom launcher! (I still haven’t found a good alternative to Nova Launcher)

FYI,

I am moving away from using the Nova Launcher and start getting familiar with the Smart Launcher. Smart Launcher is not as intuitive as Nova Launcher, but it has a similar UI & UX to Nova Launcher.

One of the cool features on Smart Launcher is we can use any custom images as the icon for apps.

Have you tried any launchers other than Nova Launcher and the built-in one?

I would suggest you to give a try to Smart Launcher.

Sorry for not agreeing, but I sincerely hope Kustom stays what it is. Over the decades I have seen so much great software drown itself in features, and program itself out of existence. A thousand features and ten thousand bugs.
In my opinion one trick pony’s are the best. In my country there is a saying “shoemaker stick to your shoe-last”. Usually sayings are based on ancient wisdom.
