KLWP notification - not updating weather as frequently as the wallpaper

HI there!

I’m using KLWP on the lockscreen to post weather, calendar, music and battery status. It appears to be updating at a normal freqency. However I also use the persistent notification (to keep the widget updating), and I noticed that the notification weather is taking hours to refresh automatically. It is hard to say exactly how long, but it seems like today its showing current temperature from 4+ hours ago. Again, its odd because the lockscreen widget has the correct weather, and I would have assumed that it refreshes on the same timer as the notification.

My settings are
Notification Mode - Force always show
Notification Visibility - show always

Kustom LWP battery - Unrestricted (allow this app to use battery in the background without restrictions)
Permissions - Calendar, Location, Notifications

phone is a Samsung S23 FE running Android 15

Honestly I think it is an Android 15 or 16 thing as I used to have a custom clock which worked perfectly then with Android update it no longer sync d.

I too have all the optimisations turned of have tried every update setting all to no avail.

Pity as I did enjoy using it.
