Is there any way to do animated widgets (i mean, add .gif instead of .png and make it move)

guys, i need some help with animated widgets, so, i did some kind of clock(they are on photo), basically how it works, i have 10 .png in sdcard/kwgt/images, i have some global formules, that makes them change and for clocks work at all, but they also have a .gif variant, they are moving their ears, tails etc. but they are static for now, im wondering, is there any way to add .gif instead of .png and make them move?

Just so you know, KWGT does not support GIF animations at all. If you upload a .gif in KWGT, it will only show as a static image (the first frame).

If you want those tails and ears to actually move, you must use KLWP.

Why not? You absolutely can!

Think of KLWP as exactly the same editor as KWGT, but with a ‘motor’ that supports animations. You can build your widget inside KLWP just like you did in KWGT:

Same logic: You use the same groups, globals, and formulas.

The only difference: KLWP runs as a Live Wallpaper in the background. You just set your favorite static picture as a background inside KLWP, and then place your animated ‘widget’ anywhere on the screen.

Interaction: It will react to touches just like a widget.:+1:
