Im using the stock OneUi launcher and cant find a shortcut to do so

yes there is using Shortcut Maker app select launch shortcut from touch actions → Select Shortcut(same app icon as the app icon in playstore) → activities → search button → type quick wait for results to come don’t hit enter/search in keyboard → go down to System UI and expand the row using down arrow that is at rightmost side → select activity that ends with DetailPanelLaunchActivity Done! 
it’s also great app to find hidden activities or creating shortcut to one.
