How do I 'FIX' this fix error?

How do I fix the ‘Missing Requirements’ error, Post Notifications, with the ‘Fix’ box that doesn’t work? I’ve made a clock widget with various links to apps on my phone so I can access them straight from the widget. However, the clock doesn’t keep time very well and it seems this isn’t updating very often. How do I make this update to show the correct time or very close? Sometimes it’s about 30 minutes out.

And is this related to the ‘fix’ error shown in the screenshot, whatever it is, how do I fix this?
