Hiding persistent notification in the notification panel

Hi. I need help in removing the notification in the notification panel for a
Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra. The app keeps on telling me to hide it from
its own settings. But when I do that, I always get the FIX NOTIFICATION
ISSUE inside the editor. Is this a crucial part or can I iust press ignore in
the issue?

I cannot find the persistent notification thingy in my phone’s setting.
