Error DF-DFERH-01 TRYING TO INSTALL KWCH ON WATCH

I when I try to install a watch face from KWCH on phone, it says kustom not installed, install? I say yes, then see a dialogue on the watch to choose play store or wearos. I choose playstore and then get the error

Problem solved. It was the play store in the watch. After a bunch of updates, restarts,etc. I finally got it to load the kwch app.

All good now!
