Dynamic Sunrise/Sunset komp — real-time Sun & Moon movement (KWGT/KLWP)

I’d like to share another one of my more advanced components — a fully dynamic Sunrise/Sunset komp built entirely on math formulas and coordinate calculations.

How it work The Sun moves along an arc from sunrise to sunset After sunset, the Moon appears and travels the opposite arc Full real-time motion based on actual sunrise/sunset times for your location

In Globals you can adjust color and opacity.

I’ll attach a screenshot showing how it looks inside a widget — but you can integrate however you like.

downloading the komp file and it won’t get imported on the KWGT app

Welcome to the forum!

In regards to your issue with the download, try the following steps.

1. Download the Komponent file (.komp file) from this URL address: https://drive.google.com/uc?export=download&id=1TyXqWsS_Y-ZhTDPraVsoqQuqcb11fgkL
2. Copy/move the downloaded file to your phone, into the Komponents folder (under your Kustom installation folder)
3. Add a new blank widget on your homescreen
4. Tap on the new blank widget to open the KWGT editor
5. On the KWGT editor, insert a new element (the Komponent type), and select the Komponent you want to use (in this case, Max’s dynamic Sunrise/Sunset komponent).
6. Et voilà
