Downloading packs: This app isn't available for your device

I’m new to this app, and every time I try to look at any packs to download, I get the following error:

“This app isn’t available for your device, it was made for an older version of Android.”

My phone is a OnePlus 9 pro, running Android version: 13

Does anybody know how to fix this?

That’s an android issue, not Kustom’s fault. Either contact the developers asking them to uprade, or use a device running an older version of android
