In other words it appears the the DOT klwp file is simply a container.
Also where is the actual theme data stored in the Android file system hierarchy and the files stored there (for example XML files, what)??

OK, did my OWN research. A klwp file is actually a zip file. The main file contained within it is a JSON files name preset.JSON. Other supporting files are images, bitmaps, etc within the container file
