So I just got a new phone and transferred across my KLWP preset. For some reason, only certain shapes are visible on my home screen. All of the text and other items are invisible but the touch controls still function so they are definitely still there. If I create new text that is also invisible but new shapes appear without problem. Everything is visible and working properly in the editor. Please can somebody let me know if you have any suggestions on what has gone wrong here? Thank you

In my opinion, the issue you have could be caused by several factors, like:
- The OS version
- The launcher app that is used
- The code (the script) behind the KLWP preset, perhaps it doesn’t work on the new phone because of its logic/method
Is it possible for you to share dinner screenshots, showing the preset in the Kustom editor? It would be a good reference for us here in helping you investigating the cause of the issue and probably give a solution to it.
