Can someone help me fix this problem in klck?

(I’m Mexican but I see that everyone speaks English here)

Every time I want the name of the network I’m connected to to appear, it just shows “No SSID”

And I don’t understand why it shows me that, I even restarted it but it doesn’t work

I hope you can help me so I can solve this.

Hi there,

First of all, please check the wireless network you are connected with… does it broadcast its SSID? Or does it hide its SSID?

If the network does indeed broadcasting its SSID, then check your Location (GPS) setting on your phone. Is the Location turned ON or not? Try turning it ON and see if the SSID appears after that.
