The Author info (name, email) keeps reverting back to default - the Gmail account my KLWP is licensed to - even when I set them, then export, and then import the preset from file.
Is there some way to set it permanently?

As far as I know, the author’s info (name and email) on the export screen/dialog is always set to your Google Account info (name and email). Everytime you export a preset and you override those 2 inputs, the changes will be saved as it is, but when you re-open it and try to re-export it, it will always be reset to your Google Account info.
This happen when you signed in with your Google Account that you used to purchase the Kustom products (KWGT, KLWP, KLCK).
I think this behavior is just fine, it’s reasonable. Unless the developer has future plan to add a new setting to accommodate default name and email for every exported preset rather than using Google Account name and email.

I don’t have a huge issue with the behaviour, but it’s not ideal for me. It’s not “fine” for me, for what I want now.
I’d be willing to buy a new license, using the Google accounts I use now, but I imagine it will default to the existing license.
For the time being I’m going to stop sharing my work, and stop supplying Komponents when I’m helping other people. That’s not a big loss to the community, I know, but hopefully it can be short lived.
