Animation not playing. Randomly stopping

I made an animation which plays when visible. But for some reason when my phone is idle for a long time the animation stops. Example I opened my phone today morning and the animations are frozen. If I open KLWP and then save it again it works !

My assumption is that when the device enters “deep sleep” the animations stop working or something.

I’ve already giving unrestricted battery access.

First, make sure to remove KLWP from your device’s battery optimization or similar 3rd party apps.

I’ve already given KLWP unrestricted battery access. Is there something else I should change?

Try to check if this is a launcher-related issue by testing it on a different launcher. Try Nova Launcher.
