Action not work

Hi

My version stopped working a few days ago. Suddenly, on the same wallpaper I’ve been using for a year, the actions no longer work.
No action I set, not even simply opening the Phone, Calendar, or Clock app, works. Clicking the corresponding icon has no effect. It only seems to work if I set Chrome as the default app.

I also tried loading the default wallpapers, but the situation is the same.

Furthermore, loading the default wallpaper completely erased all my work; all the files in my work folder are 0 bytes.

Can you help me?

Hi Marco,

Let’s figure this out.

First, are you using Nova Launcher by any chance? A recent Nova update completely broke background touch actions for many users. As a workaround, try switching to a different launcher to see if the touches start working again.

Did you try to import your files directly from the Kustom folder using the ‘Import’ button? From my own experience, doing it this way can glitch and overwrite files into 0 bytes.

If you didn’t do that import, then it’s likely a weird Android system issue.
