Newbee here. Created my first widget from a preexisting. Turned out how I wanted it but I cannot get the app setting to apply to the widget. Stuck in 24hr time format and I would prefer 12hr. I’m guessing it has to do with global settings but like I said newbee n didn’t want to change what I don’t understand yet. Any info would be helpful.

You need to choose a different time format in the Kustom settings:
Settings ➞ General Settings ➞ Clock Mode

That’s the issue I’m completely having. That has been done with no affect on the time format for the widget.
I will try automatic though instead of 12 hour. Maybe system settings will be more appropriate rather than trying to force a 12 hour setting.
No difference. Still locked in 24 hr format.
Are you perhaps using df(H) or df(HH) in your formula? H returns the hour in 24h format regardless of settings, while h returns 24h or 12h depending on settings.

It looks like your current version of KWGT is not the latest one.
Try to update it to the latest version and see if your issue is resolved with the latest version of KWGT.

This was a preexisting template that I just altered the parameters to my liking. I have not dove deep enough into how to use this app yet to use actual formulas. I will look for this to and use the information you have provided to me. Thank you for your assistance.
