Wifi not connected and the Signal 0

I have a problem with Wifi Signal not connected

Android 10 / Samsung Galaxy S9 PLUS

$nc(wifi)$ gives me Enabled not connected

$nc(wsig)$ gives me 0

Same here on a OnePlus. It works within KWGT, but not on the Homescreen widget. Gives me the same wrong values.

Same on Motorola ...

Switch on GPS and Location Services.
