Widgets disappear on phone restart

Each time the phone restarts all the widgets disappear and I'm not able to add them. Only the 1x1 custom action is on the widgets list. I need to unistall the app and reinstall again to see the widgets

This is truly annoying

Hi, does it happen only with widgets stored on SD card? If you load a widget from an install APK pack does it do the same?

It happens with every widget.

Just after installing I can see the full list of widgets:

But after a restart every widget on the desktop disappears and so do the list of available widgets except kustom action:

I've bought the pro key, btw
