Why klwp want the last version of Google Play Service?
Some days ago my tablet (and many others) stop work... a message "google play service stopped" continue popping...
A workaround is install a previous version of google play service but KLWP not like that...
KLWP should not stop on latest version if you are not on latest, it will complain, tell you to update, but if you dont and just press back during the dialog it will just go on. The reason why it needs the latest is because some part of Kustom relies on Play Services (location, billing and so on) and the library being used might not work properly on previous Google Play Services release.
Understand that is not KLWP problem.
workaround for now is install
Google play service version 10.0.84
Google play service version 10.2.98 crash with many device with nagra 2 cpu
