Wallpaper scrolling across the pages doesn't work at all on my honor 8, android 7, emui 5.
I found the solution. Here it is:
1. set standard image as a wallpaper and make it scrollable
2. scroll it forth and back
3. set the kustom KLWP as a wallpaper
