Wallpaper is corped out at a resolution lower than that of phone and cannot be adjusted by the tool provided(doesn't works)
The image is not cropped is just fitted by height, also it depends on the preset you are using maybe thats a shape and not the preset wallpaper. To crop an image with the tool you need to press the "CROP" button.
