Touch not working after Android 10 with OneUI Update

I've got a Samsung Note 10 Plus 5g, which was working fine until this morning.

I updated my phone to Android 10, OneUI Ver 2.0, but since this update none of the touch functions work,

I can't open apps, toggle Global Switches or even access shortcuts.

I've checked permissions, uninstalled and reinstalled the app to no avail

Anyone have any ideas?

Same here on Samsung note 9 with Android 10 OneUI 2.0 wich was updated today

I install Microsoft launcher and it work with. But it's not the best solution
