I can't import file. I have tried multiple and keep getting source file is not readable. I purchased the pro version through the app. Is that the issue?
Hi, from where are you reading the preset? Are you sure the preset has not been tampered? The zip file must contain a file named preset.json.
I'm also having this issue on a phone, the laptop that exported the file can import the same file.
