If I use the formula "http://graph.facebook.com/<ProfileId>/picture?width=500&height=500" into a bitmap property from a shape, when loads the bitmap if fully transparent. If I use a link with ends with an extension its works fine.
Are you sure that URL is public? If yes it should work
Maybe that is the problem :(
