Scroll animation bug

Found a bug. Probably.

I have it set when I press an arrow icon it will make this music toolbar scroll up, and pressing it again makes it scroll back down.

For some reason, it scrolls up slower than it scrolls down.

I cant support on specific themes if you want to report a bug please describe a way to reproduce the issue and attach a minimal setup showing an example of the problem, thanks
