If you don’t mind, could you please share with us the JSON data? Or better if you don’t mind sharing the Kustom preset, so that we could help you investigate the cause of the problem deeper and found any solutions to it.
If you cannot share file(s) as the attachment here, then you could upload the file(s) to any close storage (like Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.) then share them from there.
