If what you have is the in-app license, you should get the pro version right away as you install the editor. To check, go to KLWP’s app settings and check if it says Free or Pro at the top. If your issue persists, I suggest you send an email to [email protected] so they can investigate further.
I bought the in-app Pro license on my old phone and then installed the app on my new one. Even though I used the same account on both phones, the Pro feature wasn’t working on the new one, and it asked me to pay again. That really pissed me off…
I managed to fix it yesterday, but I prefer not to tell how I did.
This morning, I tried clearing the app’s cache, data, and permissions, and reconfiguring it from scratch. And now it seems to be working as a Pro version.
It might be helpful to add a note to the FAQ saying that it might take a little time for the Pro feature to activate on a new phone, even if you’re using the same account.
I am also facing the same issue. I have purchased it in the app pro version. The app is also showing Pro on top .
However, whenever i am importing presets that require the pro version, it is still asking me to purchase the pro key.
I don’t know what benefit is there if i am not able to load all presets in the pro version.
