When positioning text inside a group, I'm given controls for changing the offset. These controls don't seem to change anything. And when any of the padding values are changed, the offset controls disappear for half a second before reappearing.
This is a bug, you shouldnt be seeing offset controls on objects inside groups, can you see the controls even if you create a new object inside the container? If you set both to 0 are these controls disappearing when you exit / enter the container again?
Yes, the offset controls show up on new objects, and they stick around even when set to 0.
