This feature, if implemented, would apply to overlap groups, stack groups, and komponents, in their "layer" tab.
Simply put, once you open a container like an overlap group and go to "layer" tab, you could use a blur slider like currently possible with bitmaps. This would cause whole containers to be blured, including shapes and text objects, without having to blur them individually, which yields very different results.
