I have a Nothing Phone (2) and it just got an OS update to Nothing OS 3.0.
Now whenever I go to Nothing Wallpaper (to change the lockscreen but it doesn’t matter if I change anything there) it freezes KLWP. After I restart KLWP, my lockscreen is transparent showing everything behind it. (and when I try to change it that freezes KLWP like before)
I don’t know if the issue has to be resolved from the side of the app or the OS, but if someone could tell me that would be greatly appreciated.
KLWP is not really meant to be used in your lockscreen. Does it work as a live wallpaper just fine? Also, have you tried KLCK for your lock screen instead?
-I’m not using KLWP as a lockscreen and yes, it does work as a wallpaper. The issue is when I try to change my lockscreen (or anything) using my OS default wallpaper app called “Nothing Wallpaper”, which manages both wallpaper and lockscreen on my phone, it completely freezes KLWP (just launching the app freezes KLWP). I can change the color of my lockscreen background using “Nothing Wallpaper”, but after shutting down KLWP and restarting it (because it’s frozen), it changes the lockscreen color back to transparent.
-I’ve been using KLCK for many years but I stopped few months ago because of a different issue. The KLCK lockscreen only shows up for me after a second screen launch. So when I want to see it I have to turn on my screen, then turn it off, and turn it on again. Very strange to be honest.
